Product Description
A versatile storage solution that has a hinged lid for easy access. Ideal for storing a wide range of general archival papers, data records and artefacts. Stitched together using brass wire. A strong constructed box with many different uses. Available in a range of different board thicknesses ranging from 1300 micron to 2000 micron.

Double Kraft Brown
These specialist boards are hard wearing and economical, low acid, kraft lined both sides pH 6.5 - 8. This is a solid high density board. Manufactured to a high standards for use in Archives, Libraries and Museums. This is used in our range of wire stitched boxes and other applications for sturdy construction. The thickness is 1900 micron. If you can not find the size you require, please contact us as we also offer a free cutting service. The board is lined both sides with pure Kraft.
When tested in accordance with BS1133: Section 7,Chapter 7.5, the board shall satisfy the following requirements:
- Minimum thickness (including liners) shall be 1900 micrometers
- The minimum grammage shall be 1400 gsm, plus or minus 5%
- Minimum bursting strength shall be 2000 kPa.
- The aqueous extract of the board when prepared and tested in accordance with BS2924 shall have a pH value of not less than 6.5 and not more than 8
- The ash content is 16.5%

Any goods returned due to no fault of G Ryder & Co Ltd are liable to a 25% handling charge. No returned goods can be refunded unless in perfect condition. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Bespoke or made to measure items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This is in line with 'The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000; Clause 13 Exceptions to the right to cancel - (c) for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
